Regional Promotions Assistant -Seasonal

The Marker Dalbello Völkl Regional Promotions Assistant (RPA) plays a key role in helping the MDV team promote and grow our leading equipment brands in both business-to-business and consumer-facing environments. The RPA works directly with the North American Marketing Manager to support retailers and execute marketing initiatives in their territory. This position requires a strong skiing background and product knowledge, as well as experience in product service and maintenance. The role is responsible for supporting on-snow demo events and brand activations, as well as implementing shop employee, MDV ambassador, and junior athlete programs throughout the region. 

This is a seasonal role from November 1st through April 30th. Based in the Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire, with extensive travel throughout the Eastern US.

Credit Analyst

Elevate Outdoor Collective is seeking a Credit Analyst to help support our priority initiative on creating a best-in-class service to our brands. The purpose of this role is to support is to Evaluate and assess financial risk, approve and extend credit lines, implement security instruments when needed, and ensure balances due are collected and/or resolved in a timely manner.  Works closely with our Sales Force, Customer Service, Distribution and our Retail Dealers, while performing excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.  Maintains department monthly cash collection goals and achieves and maintains an acceptable past due ratio. 

Digital Designer - DTC

The Digital Designer is to design front-end solutions that will be implemented on both new and existing brand digital websites, emails, advertisements, social and blogs. This position should have knowledge of both visual and interactive design, as well as a solid understanding of user experience and web technologies. This role will collaborate with in-house designers, developers, marketing, and each individual brand on a variety of assignments, including but not limited to email designs, website banners, social campaigns, site redesigns, product launches, new UI/UX features, and digital marketing launches. Under the direction of the UI/UX Design Manager, they will collaborate with ecommerce team members and each brand’s designers, while also operating as the sole designer on select projects.

In addition to strong execution skills, we are seeking someone who can actively contribute to process improvement and help drive meaningful change within the team. This includes identifying inefficiencies, introducing smarter workflows, and leveraging emerging tools, particularly AI, to enhance productivity, creativity, and scalability. A forward-thinking mindset and a working understanding of how AI can support design and digital production will empower this individual to deliver higher-impact results and help elevate the broader team’s capabilities. 

Development Engineer II - Snowboard Boots

The Development Engineer role will include design and development of new snowboard products.  The products should be high quality, good durability, marketable, capable of efficient production and cost effective.  The Development Engineer works closely with the Product Director, Product Line Manager and other colleagues to meet market and financial needs.  This position will be responsible for new product planning, prototyping, creating product design and engineering documentation and working with vendors and suppliers for the commercialization of the products.
