Development Engineer II - Snowboard Boots

The Development Engineer role will include design and development of new snowboard products.  The products should be high quality, good durability, marketable, capable of efficient production and cost effective.  The Development Engineer works closely with the Product Director, Product Line Manager and other colleagues to meet market and financial needs.  This position will be responsible for new product planning, prototyping, creating product design and engineering documentation and working with vendors and suppliers for the commercialization of the products.

As a Senior Supply Planner at Elevate Outdoor Collective you will manage the global forecasting and ordering cycle for a selection of product categories, leading the development and execution of strategic supply plans that support the company’s financial goals while adhering to capacity criteria agreed upon with our suppliers. You will be responsible for placing the correct inventory in the correct regions in a timeframe that enables on time delivery to our customers and drives the continued growth of our brands. This role will work closely with the global sales managers, product line managers, financial analysts, design engineers and the leadership team.

Ecommerce Analyst, DTC

Elevate Outdoor Collective is in search of an experienced Ecommerce Analyst to join our Direct-to-Consumer team. The Ecommerce Analyst will play a crucial role in consolidating global reporting across various ecommerce platforms, including GA4, Meta platforms, email marketing, website platforms, and regional ERP systems. Reporting directly to the VP of Global DTC, this role requires a motivated professional who can establish structured processes for data-driven decision-making, with a focus on delivering superior consumer experience for each brand.  An excel master with tableau experience is key to success for this position.
